add features 'keep original resolution', 'quality encoding settinngs' (not bitrate based, quantizer, or quality percent), 'direct stream copy' for audio and loosless audio formats

1. For me there is no need to change the resolution of video. Therefore I would like to use the original resolution on DVD.
2. I personaly prefer use quality based encoding, that the whole video has the same quality and not bigger quality on slow sceneas and smal quality on "high speed"/dynamic scenes.
3. For me it is not allways necessary to change the audio stream (if the source is already in "correct" format).
4. In some cases I do not like to degrade/cut down any audio quality (like music DVDs).
